
Just wanted to give some feedback. We had our Aria delivered yesterday and after an evening in the hot tub staring up at the stars I wanted to commend you on a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Trevor at the HotSpring store in Ditchling is a no-nonsense, no hard sell, honest guy who really kicks off the HotSpring experience in a relaxing and knowledgable manner. After we'd ordered our tub, I remember thinking to myself how nice it would be if the people that actually came to deliver, setup and then support products you've purchased were as helpful as the sales people always seem to be. You just don't see that these days. How wrong we were. The installation guys were fab, working in the pouring rain, competent, friendly - even the recommended local crane operator was a top guy, wiping the sweat from his forehead as the hot tub landed safely in the garden on what was one of the windiest days we've had in months. Throughout, Trever has been on the end of the phone and even more helpful post-sale as he was pre-sale. I can't thank you enough. With the likes of DFS, MFI, B&Q in the world you start getting used to being treated like dirt and it really makes you lose faith. What a pleasant surprise this whole process has been, and even more outstanding given the growth you've had, where all too many companies being to focus on the financials instead of customers. I almost forgot, what an amazing hot tub too!
